The Macomb County Parcel Notification Mapping Service is a restricted access mapping site available to Macomb County local units of government.  Access to the site can be requested by completing a request for account form downloadable here.  Completed forms can be emailed to gis.feedback@macombcountymi.gov or by faxing the form to 586.469.6787.

INSTRUCTIONS

Select starting parcel utilizing the Tax ID# or Address search tools or by manual selecting the parcel using the Information Tool 

Once the starting parcel has been selected choose selection options



The menu will expand to display options for drawing a buffer around the selected parcel.   Enter notification the distance in feet and select the Create Buffer button.



The mapping service will select all properties within the specified distance of the starting parcel's edge.  The resulting list will be displayed in the bottom center of the screen.  The resulting list can printed by selecting the print icon or exported to Excel by selecting the export icon.
